Pricing
How much does it cost?
Standard starts at $1,035,000 depending on the distance between your meter and charging spot; VIP adds $1,725,000. The quote tool gives you a range in under 1 minute. VAT included; charger not included.
Is the charger included?
No. Our prices cover installation. Charger sales at e-Tec are coming soon; for now you buy the one your car brand recommends and we install it. We can advise you during the site visit.
Why is VAT included?
Because the price you see is the price you pay. We show full prices so there are no surprises.
What is the difference between Standard and VIP?
Standard is a RETIE-certified installation with exposed conduit; support with building management is charged separately, case by case. VIP includes all the work with building management, an architect-designed space, a quote for a premium installation (concealed conduit or design raceway) and priority scheduling.
Timing and visit
How long does it take?
On average, 5–7 business days with Standard and 2–3 with VIP, counted from the site visit and formal quote approval.
Does the visit cost anything?
It is free if you give us the distance in the quote tool; you can measure it in 1 minute with the step guide. If you choose "I don't know", the first visit is a quote and technical visit: the engineer measures and checks your setup. It costs $90,000 in Bogotá and $120,000 in Chía, Cota and Soacha, deducted from the installation if you install with us.
Complexes and services
What if I live in a residential complex?
We can install in your parking spot, connected to your meter. Approval from building management is usually required. With Standard, we support you with management and the board as an additional service, priced case by case. With VIP it is included: we prepare and send the request, follow up and tell you the answer. The decision belongs to the owners.
Is the reservation refundable?
Yes. The $500,000 reservation is refundable until we schedule the installation. With it we install within 72 business hours of your car arriving, lock your price for up to 6 months, and it is deducted from the final price.
About us
Are you RETIE-certified?
Yes. Every installation is designed, carried out and certified by a licensed engineer under Colombia’s RETIE electrical regulation. When we finish, you get the signed RETIE compliance statement and a handover record with photos.
Which areas do you cover?
We work in Bogotá, Chía, Cota and Soacha. If you are outside this area, message us on WhatsApp and we will review your case.
